Vanessa Foley-Delong is a Seattle native who has been in the beauty industry for nearly
ten years and purchased Darling Skin Care & Sugaring in 2009. She is a licensed
aesthetician and is excited to be transitioning from a position as an aesthetics instructor
into owning her own practice. Vanessa has extensive training and experience in sugaring, makeup artistry and assessments of skin conditions. She is excited to be one of the few providers of sugaring services in West Seattle.

• Safer for the skin. Sugar never adheres to live skin cells, so there is no chance of
  lifting the skin and causing scarring. It is also applied luke-warm, so it will never be
  hot enough to burn the skin.


• Sugar is more sanitary! There is no double-dipping, sugar is naturally anti-bacterial, and the paste is dissolved by water, so no more sticky mess is left behind.



• Better results! Sugar is able to extract shorter hairs (less than 1/8.”) This means less
  time to wait for hair growth, and because we are able to extract the hair at its early stage of growth Sugaring can lead to permanent hair removal. You will see these superior results in just a few treatments.
